1) What are the different lengths of dog walking visits you offer?
Walks are offered in 30, 45 or 60 mins time slots.
2) Do you also offer cat sitting?
Yes, we also offer cat sitting.
2) Can you tell me more about the pet sitting service?
The pet sitting service is offered in your own home. For dog sitting, we require a minimum of 2 visits per day of 30-45 mins. In this time window, your pet will be fed and taken for a walk. For cat sitting, we require a minimum of 1 visit per day.
Note: Sitting service is drop-in visit service only. Overnight sitting service is not available at this time.
3) Where will you walk my dog?
We will walk your dog within your own neighborhood.
4) Do you walk multiple dogs at a time?
No, the dog walking time you book is exclusively dedicated to your own dog.
5) What form of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, Venmo or Zelle for payments
6) Do you have insurance?
Yes, we carry Pet Care Insurance coverage. Details furnished upon request.
7) What is your coverage area?
Services are offered in the cities of Dublin, San Ramon, Pleasanton, Livermore, and Danville only.
8) What is your cancellation policy?
We understand things happen. We kindly ask for a 24 hour cancellation notice.
